Presentation Design Workshops
For teams who need slides that support understanding and decision-making.
Service Description
These workshops focus on slide design as a thinking tool, not a visual afterthought. Participants learn how slide structure, layout, and pacing influence cognitive load and shape how data is interpreted. The work centers on aligning slides with the underlying data story so that visuals guide attention, clarify meaning, and support decisions rather than obscure them. Common focus areas include: - Designing slides that align with the data story structure - Reducing visual and cognitive overload - Using hierarchy, emphasis, and pacing intentionally - Clarifying what each slide is asking the audience to understand or decide - Identifying where slide design hides or distorts meaning Formats, investment, and participant limits: * Workshops can be virtual or in-person * Workshop fees are the same for virtual and in-person delivery. * For in-person workshops, travel and related expenses are added. * Up to 15 participants for all workshops * Smaller groups are intentional to support discussion, application, and meaningful feedback.
